Jesus Peña, founder of Peña Real Estate, was born and raised in Oak Cliff, Dallas. Growing up in the community, he saw firsthand how financial struggles could affect families and their ability to build stability. This experience shaped his vision for real estate, an empathetic, client-first approach designed to change how homes are bought and sold in Dallas.

Unlike massive, faceless companies that focus on paperwork over people, Jesus built Peña Real Estate to put homeowners’ true goals first. At just 19 years old, he earned his Texas real estate license and began helping local families navigate the buying and selling process. Along the way, he discovered a deeper passion: educating clients on financial literacy and empowering them to make smarter, more confident decisions about their futures.

Today, Peña Real Estate is known for supporting homeowners in all situations—from first-time buyers to families facing foreclosure, and from starter homes to million-dollar properties.
